Apparently it’s ok to call Metallica + Ozzy + Celldweller “Metalstep*” – So that’s what I’m going to call this. And I’m in love with it. The best way I can describe this track is that neither the dubstep or the metal track take a back seat. They’re both heavily represented – emphasis on the heavy. The beat is catchy, but the ambiance is pure filth. It’s rare to hear a song that’s arranged so well when it comes to remixing popular songs, but this is that rare occasion. There are actually a few metal tracks that were folded into this mix and you’ll recognize them among the wobbles – So, yeah… this is a song mashed up with some other songs and then slapped into a dubstep choon – And it’s done extremely well.
